Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of LarkFolio, a service operated by LarkFolio Pte. Ltd.(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• During beta, new accounts require approval before activation.

Your content

You retain all rights to the manuscripts, notes, canon, and other material you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant LarkFolio a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — including sending the relevant portions to AI providers when you invoke AI features.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate applicable law or infringe others' rights.
• Generate content depicting sexual abuse of minors or other clearly illegal material.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its AI providers.
• Resell, white-label, or provide the Service to third parties without written agreement.

Plans, credits, and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
• If we offer one-time overage or Boost credits, those are tracked separately from monthly plan credits and remain available until used unless we state otherwise at purchase time.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation ends future billing; access continues through the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may adjust plan pricing or credit allowances with reasonable notice.

Beta service

LarkFolio is offered in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. We target production quality but make no uptime guarantee during beta.

Data export and deletion

You can export Your Content in standard formats at any time. You can request account deletion by contacting founders@larkfolio.com. Deletion removes Your Content from live systems; residual copies may persist in routine backups for a short retention window.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the Service, or pose legal risk. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export Your Content before termination.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI output appropriately.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LarkFolio's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
